Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Information
Within Austria, we ship free of charge. For Germany we charge €15, for other EU countries €17, and for Switzerland* €25. For all other countries, please inquire.
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated again during the order process.
* Important: Potential additional customs duties and taxes of the destination country are beyond our control and are NOT included in our price. They must be borne, processed, and paid by the buyer at the destination. In case of doubt, we recommend inquiring with the authorities of your country regarding formalities, import procedures, and customs costs.
Returns
The customer bears the cost of returns, unless expressly agreed otherwise. More information on the right of withdrawal can be found on our withdrawal page.

After handover to a shipping service provider, we will send you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number via email. This allows you to check the current status yourself.
